I confess to you, I love mushy, gushy, sappy passionate romance.
I will be the first girl in line for the chick flick romance at the theater. And the one that cries into her sweater all the way through it. So being the kind of girl that I am, I am also the kind of wedding photographer that cries behind the camera while the bride dances with her dad, or the toasts are given, or when a groom tears up at a first glance at his bride. Weddings capture everything good about life. Family, friends, love and faith. Each one is a little drama, telling the life stories of the people involved.
That's why I love my job. Wedding photography isn't cheesy, corny or cookie cutter anymore. Every new wedding is a challenge. To be creative, to find the right angles, to edit interestingly and to constantly improve my game. To be a wedding photographer is to document life, and to create art while doing so.
A thing that you see in my pictures is that
I was not afraid to fall in love with these people.
